Steve Sandberg joined the insurance and financial services industry in 1991 and with an entrepreneurial spirit formed Paloma Insurance and Financial Services LLC. We are an independent brokerage and marketing firm whose sole purpose is to serve the independent marketplace.

Throughout his career he has worked as Director of Annuities, Senior Managing Director, Senior Vice President and President of both independent and insurance company owned national insurance and financial services marketing and brokerage firms.

In addition he started and was responsible for the daily operations of the broker dealer divisions for these organizations. Based on this experience Steve brings a very unique perspective to the integration and workings of the insurance and securities side of the financial services business. He insurance and securities licensed and holds series 7, 24, 63 and 65 designations.

Steve is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.

Steven A. Baumgardner has been in the insurance business since 1986. He started as an independent Agent with a national life insurance company marketing to business owners and professional athletes.

Steve has founded two national marketing companies with the primary aim being to educate agents with any aspect of the selling process with carriers and with advanced marketing consultation. This approach has aided in producers' success and has allowed agents and marketing companies to meet and exceed projected goals year after year.

Steve is a long standing member of many advisory boards and product development for major insurance carriers within the brokerage industry. He is a long time supporter of independent Agents and maintains a relationship with his local independent insurance Agents organizations. He is also involved with the organizations through sponsorship of their educational events.

Steve is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and NAILBA.

Steve lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife Vicki. She has her own Health insurance agency for the past 14 years. They have two children, Sheila and Eric, and 3 grandchildren, Everett, Adeline and Asher.

Danielle Sandberg has been a part of the Paloma Insurance & Financial Services, LCC team since the business was first founded.

I am the administrator and currently in the process of getting my Health and Life Insurance License. I assist in the contracting and licensing department with day to day requests which include the processing of agent contracts, carrier follow-up, data entry and weekly reporting. Lauren Artino has been working in the insurance business since 2008 and is happy to have the opportunity be apart of the Paloma Financial & Insurance Services team!

Lauren is the Administrator for the Western Regional Office in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she assists with agent contracting and licensing, new business follow up, website updates, meetings and events, and agent updates and communication. Lauren lives in Gilbert, Arizona with her husband Paul. They have one daughter, Evangeline, and a great dane Lucy.
